Mark K. Workman, Esq. has been practicing law since 1983 and established Workman Law Office in 1987. Our staff consists of Kenneth K. Workman, Jr., PLS (Certified Professional Legal Secretary) and Sandra Lemke-Workman, paralegals, and Alison Phillips and Lacey Leber, legal assistants, with a combined 41 years of experience in the legal field. Workman Law Office provides leading edge expertise in the areas of family law, including highly-contested divorce, custody (parental decision-making responsibility), and dependency and neglect. Mark is also accepting cases in the areas of real estate, criminal, DUI/DWAI and personal injury. Our staff is committed to community service: Kenny is a volunteer kindergarten aide and coach of a Linton Elementary School Odyssey of the Mind team. Alison was a volunteer at the Colorado Run and is a volunteer swimming instructor for the Cub Scouts. Sandra was the volunteer secretary for the Larimer County Bar Association Pro Bono Program 1998 - 1999 and is currently the president of the CLP Elementary PTO and a Cub Scout den leader. Mark was the 1998 - 1999 Chairman of the Larimer County Bar Association Pro Bono Program and the Cub Scout cubmaster of Pack 87.
